The main base of this recipe is going to be our Sambazon Açaí Pure Unsweetened Superfruit Packs. These packs have no added sugar and contain antioxidants and healthy omegas. Talk about nutritious!
Next, you’ll add some classic frozen banana, coconut milk, and fig jam to the blend. These ingredients will add a pop of flavor as well as provide additional health benefits with their fiber and nutrients content. Figgy Coconut Açaí Bowl Recipe
Prep Time: 10 Minutes | Cook Time: 5 Minutes | Ready In: 15 Minutes | Yield: 1 Açaí Bowl
1 Banana, frozen
½ Cup Full-Fat Coconut Milk
1 Tbsp Almond Butter
1 Tbsp Fig Jam
½ Tsp Vanilla Extract
1. Place all of the ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
2. Transfer to a bowl and top with desired toppings.
