Whether you choose to drink or sip on cocktails or mocktails, I’ve got a delicious Festive Açaí Cocktail recipe for you to enjoy, no matter how you’re celebrating this year!

We all know and love a good Açaí bowl, and while I do crave smoothies year round, sometimes I need to switch gears once the cooler seasons arrive. Cozy up by the fire with your favorite blanket to sip on this Açaí Cocktail bursting with bright berry flavors!

The star of the drink is Sambazon’s Original Açaí Juice made with 100% organic Açaí. You will get all the antioxidants and omegas you typically expect from Açaí, but with an adult twist! This non-dairy, 100% juice blend is the perfect sweet base for our cocktail.

To create this drink, we’ll start with frozen blueberries, lemon, and mint. Muddled together, these ingredients create a harmonious flavor that’s bright, crisp, and delightful! Festive Açaí Cocktail

Prep Time: 5 Minutes | Cook Time: 5 Minutes | Ready In: 10 Minutes | Yield: 2 Servings

Ingredients

10 oz of Sambazon Original Açaí Juice

2 oz Vodka (leave out for a mocktail)

¼ c Blueberries, frozen

1 Sprig of Mint

Juice from ½ a Lemon

Ice

Handful of Fresh Blueberries

Instructions

1. Put the frozen blueberries, mint, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker.

2. Muddle the ingredients.

3. Add vodka, ice, and Sambazon’s Original Açaí Juice.

4. Shake for 20 seconds.

5. Pour over a strainer into serving glasses with ice.

6. Top with additional fresh blueberries, lemon, and mint.
