- 1 c Coconut Milk
- 1/2 c Sweet Potato (steamed, then frozen)
- 1/2 c Frozen Mango
- 1 Banana
How to make it
Blend for at least 45 seconds or until smooth.
Pour into a glass and enjoy your mango sweet potato smoothie.
Tip: Frozen a thicker smoothie, add *frozen banana.
